Looks amazing! You really nailed that plastic-figurine look!
I really like how the colours blend together in the shading on the hat and the background is a nice touch, feels like an official Paper Mario App background or something. Very clean!

Capuring a full sense of motion is a really hard thing to do in a still-image and you absolutely nailed it! Miku looks great, I love how you highlighted her hair with half-tone dots too!
